St Anne’s Beach – Kite Surfing

(Pause slide show by hovering mouse over image)

When I walked along the beach on this particular day the wind was HOWLING, storm clouds threatened and it really seemed a day for sitting in front of the fire with a hot cup of cocoa. Then I came across Paul, Bobby, John and Blue who were not only braving the weather but throwing themselves into the frigid seas attached to strings and boards. I asked them if they minded me taking photos and they were more than happy to let me.
I can see why they love the sport. It looked brilliant fun. But I’ll take shore duty anytime – and next time I go shoot Kite Surfers, I’ll wear waterproof shoes.
